Well That Was a Busy 6 Months! New Edition of the Abbey Magazine now Live!

We’ll look back on the second half of 2021 at Abbey as an example of how well our teams can perform when facing huge external challenges.

Covid, the driver shortage and massive demand for our services across bulk liquids and powder transport, bag to bulk and warehousing has all meant our teams across the group have needed to pull together, look at new ways of working, adapt and innovate to protect our customers’ supply chains like never before.

In the last six months we’ve tackled every challenge we’ve faced with the same positive can-do attitude that’s helped grow the business to what it is today and as a result, shielded the impact of external factors on our customers’ supply chains.

In 2021 we’ve added new customers to every division, heavily invested in our fleet and site facilities for our drivers and teams, and picked up a couple of award nominations along the way.

This latest edition of the Abbey magazine reports on just some of what we’ve been able to achieve which would not have been possible without the dedication and commitment of our teams up and down the country.

We go into 2022 with a huge amount of confidence knowing we’ve got the best drivers, planners and support staff on our side, ready to support our customers through whatever the next year throws at us.
